Information for Authors
Presentation
Devices:
LCD Projector provided.
Laptop provided (symposium only)
You
must bring your own laptop (for workshops and conferences),
and/or overhead slides. If you require an overhead projector
or other
supplies,
you must request them in advance or bring
them yourself.
Authors with accepted abstract(s) are requested
to provide their submission for full-length manuscript(s)
in pdf format for inclusion in a CD-ROM Proceedings. Additionally,
it might be used for some revised papers selected to be
included in the Journal of Microelectronics and Electronic
Packaging. PDF file must be sent to jmorris@imaps.org;
PDF file can be submitted in color.
Presentation Time:
Allotted time for each presentation will be emailed and posted on event site.
Procedure for Storage
on CD-ROM
The electronic PDF of your paper must be E-mailed to:
jmorris@imaps.org. The PDF file can be in color.
Questions regarding preparation of pdf for CD-ROM storage

A
signed Agreement for Transfer of Copyright must be
submitted. The
paper must be approved and cleared for release by
the
company/institution/foundation prior to its submission.
The Agreement for Transfer of Copyright is for all further
IMAPS publication rights to the author’s paper, including
publication in the CD-ROM library, and if selected, The
Journal of Microelectronics and Electronic Packaging.
